Acceptance of commercial policy
- The web order you are placing on our site is subject to STOCK AND PRICE validation.
- The available stock reported or published is only referential, and this may have changed at the time of entering a web order. In particular, it is reported to be updated every 30 minutes.
- An electronic purchase only reserves inventory for products with immediate delivery in our stores, check actual stock per store.
- For products from our distribution center, whether total or mixed purchases, the order will remain in “Pending” status, subject to validation of stock, price and delivery time. For this reason, we will respond to the customer after the acceptance or rejection of the purchase order and delivery time.
